When and where is the NAHRO 2026 National Conference & Exhibition?
NAHRO’s 2026 National Conference & Exhibition takes place October 15-17, at the Colorado Convention Center, located located in downtown Denver at 700 14th Street. All NAHRO-sponsored conference events will take place at the Convention Center. Hotels in NAHRO’s room block are within 2 blocks of the Convention Center. Please note: given the Convention Center is a large facility, attendance at the conference will involve a moderate amount of walking.
How much does it cost to attend?
- Early Bird Registration Rate – The early bird registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration through September 21. Member: $795; Non-Member: $1095
- Regular Registration Rate – The regular registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration September 22-October 9. Member: $895; Non-Member: $1195
- On-Site/Same Day Registration Rate – The on-site registration rate is offered to individuals who purchase a registration after October 9. Member: $995; Non-Member: $1295
What forms of payment does NAHRO accept?
Registration fee must be paid in advance before registration will be confirmed. Online registration must be paid by credit card. NAHRO accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you are paying by check, download a hard copy registration form, complete and follow remittance instructions on form. Please note, your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and processed.
What is the cancellation policy?
Conference registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by September 21 and forwarded to NAHRO via e-mail to conferenceregistration@nahro.org to receive a refund less a $175 cancellation fee. No telephone cancellations will be honored. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Please note: NAHRO incurs transaction fees for every registration and secures conference arrangements with contractual liability based on attendee registration numbers. NAHRO therefore is not able to grant refunds after September 21 nor allow for credits toward future events. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Attendees agree to this policy by registering for the conference.
What does the registration fee include?
Registration includes admission to all NAHRO-sponsored conference events including plenary and concurrent sessions; continental breakfasts and breaks; exhibit hall lunch and receptions; and access to the conference app.
How do I get to the Convention Center from my hotel?
All designated NAHRO conference hotels are located within 2 blocks of the Colorado Convention Center. Shuttle service between NAHRO block hotels and the Convention Center will NOT be provided due to the close proximity. Walking directions to the Convention Center from each hotel will be provided to registered attendees before the conference.

What meals are included in the cost of my registration?
Registration includes the following:
-Coffee and breakfast on October 15-17
-Lunch on October 15-16
-Heavy hors d’oeuvres and (1) complimentary beverage at the evening receptions on October 15-16.
Are sessions being recorded?
All sessions will be live and in-person and sessions will not be recorded. Virtual participation is not available.
Does NAHRO provide session handouts?
Session handouts and presentations, if provided by the speakers, will be available on the conference app. Files can be downloaded from the app. NAHRO does not print handouts for attendees.
What is the dress code for the event?
Business casual attire is encouraged. In mid-October, downtown Denver typically features mild, sunny daytime conditions and chilly nights, with average afternoon highs around 65°F to 68°F and overnight lows dropping to about 34°F to 37°F. We suggest wearing comfortable shoes and bringing a light sweater/jacket as sometimes the meeting room temperatures can fluctuate
Will wireless internet be available at the Convention Center?
Complimentary Wi-Fi service will be available for attendees throughout the meeting space and exhibit hall. Network and password information will be provided at badge pick-up.
Will I earn credit for attending this conference?
Conference attendees will earn 0.9 NAHRO Continuing Education Units (CEUs), regardless of how many plenary or concurrent sessions attended. NAHRO counts individuals as an attendee upon check in/badge pick-up. After the conference, CEUs will be added to accounts on the NAHRO Learning Portal. If you are currently NAHRO Certified, you can use these CEUs toward NAHRO recertification.
