All conference events will take place at the Colorado Convention Center, located in downtown Denver at 700 14th Street.
GETTING TO THE CONVENTION CENTER:
All designated NAHRO conference hotels are located within 2 blocks of the Colorado Convention Center. Shuttle service between NAHRO block hotels and the Convention Center will NOT be provided due to the close proximity. HOTEL RESERVATION POLICY:
Conference registration is required prior to making a reservation in the discounted NAHRO room block. Your conference registration confirmation email will contain the reservation weblinks which provide access to the NAHRO discounted rates. No phone reservations will be accepted. Requests for reservations at the NAHRO rate will be accepted on a space available basis through September 21 or until the NAHRO room block is sold out (whichever comes first.) Please note: Within the NAHRO room block, registered attendees are eligible for (1) hotel room only in their name, so that all attendees are best able to access a room in the NAHRO block. Multiple reservations under the same name and any reservation without a corresponding conference registration will be canceled without notice.
REQUIRED RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
You will receive an automated confirmation of your hotel reservation upon completion of your reservation.
RESERVATION CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS:
Name changes, arrival/departure changes and/or cancellations should be submitted via the online reservation system on or before September 20. After September 20, please contact the hotel(s) directly.
INCIDENTAL HOLD/DEPOSIT:
Please note the hotel may require a daily incidental hold/deposit at the time of check-in, payable by credit card only.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:
In the event you check out of the hotel prior to your reserved checkout date, the hotel will charge an early departure fee.
