The session will go over post conversion asset management of RAD and Section 18 deals. Essentially, it is a HOW to RAD once the deal is out of conversion. The session will go over things to monitor to keep your RAD deal physically and financially viable for the long term. We will go over financial models and the periodic upkeep of those models.
