On January 29, HUD published PIH Notice 2024-03, “Guidance on Inventory Management System/PIH Information Center (IMS-PIC) Sub-Module Reporting and Validation.” The notice explains changes made to multiple unit status categories used in the Development sub-module of the Inventory Management System/PIH Information Center (IMS-PIC). The notice’s key changes apply to the following public housing data categories: over-income tenants, units undergoing modernization, and natural disasters.
