Trevor Jansen

Trevor is the lead customer service representative for the Professional Development and Certification department, assisting customers with a wide variety of issues and inquiries. In addition to customer service, he helps facilitate the certification review process. Trevor holds a BA in Psychology from University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

He currently resides in Southeast DC and enjoys reading, watching movies, and collecting records.
