CY 2020 Admin. Fee Rates Posted

HUD’s Financial Management Division sent an email stating that the calendar year (CY) 2020 administrative fee rates have been posted. According to the administrative fee rate description document, “[t]he estimated national proration factor, for June through October 2020 is 81%.”CY 2020 Administrative Fee Rates:
