This panel discussion covers strategies for retaining and recruiting voucher landlords when implementing NSPIRE for Vouchers. Many PHAs have found that implementing NSPIRE standards in their voucher programs causes tension with landlords and the loss of some participating landlords. Panelists will discuss proactive communication with landlords and options for working with new and existing landlords to meet NSPIRE standards.
