HUD Publishes Executive Compensation Proposed Information Collection

The Department is continuing its monitoring of executive compensation by proposing a data collection of executive compensation. On December 4, 2025, HUD published its intent to make this collection via notice in the Federal Register. PHAs will report total compensation of the top management official, top financial official, and all staff compensated above level IV of the Executive Schedule. All PHAs will public housing or tenant-based rental assistance programs will be required to submit this information. It will be collected once every three years and the most recent notice doing so was in 2023.

The collection will be through HUD form 52725. This notice is a chance to comment on HUD’s plan to collect this information.
