To implement Ethics on Demand training.
To remove the Certified Specialist of Project Based Vouchers (CRPBV) from the NAHRO website until BECT can review and clarify the requirements of the certification program.
To adopt Certified Specialist of Asset Management (CSAM) in lieu of Certified Specialist of Property Management Essentials (CSPME).
To require all active BECT members to complete Ethics on Demand training within 90 days of its creation.
